In addition to being a dedicated yoga teacher, Katherine offers deeply transformative sound healing sessions using crystal singing bowls.

Sound healing promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, improves sleep, and helps balance the body’s energy systems. The soothing vibrations of the crystal bowls resonate on a cellular level, helping to clear mental blockages, restore emotional harmony, and enhance overall well-being.

Since completing her Sound Healing with Crystal Singing Bowls certification with the Sound Healing Academy, Katherine has integrated this ancient healing art into her holistic practice – receiving beautiful, heartfelt feedback from participants.

Katherine offers sound healing with crystal singing bowls regularly at the beautiful Humble Hub in St Leonards. The studio provides wonderful acoustics and underfloor heating, as well as mats, blankets, and cushions for your comfort.
