In addition to being a dedicated Yoga teacher, Katherine also offers transformative sound healing sessions using crystal singing bowls. Sound healing with crystal singing bowls promotes relaxation, reduces stress, helps improve sleep, and balances energy within the body. The soothing vibrations of the bowls resonate deeply, helping to clear mental blockages and enhance overall well-being. Katherine recently completed her Level 1 Sound Healing with Crystal Singing Bowls training with the Sound Healing Academy, earning her certification and enriching her holistic healing practice. Join her for a session to experience the profound benefits of this ancient healing art.
Spring Expansion:
Yin Yoga and Crystal Bowl Healing
Join us for an evening of Yin Yoga and crystal bowl sound healing as we awaken the senses, feeling uplifted as we move into Spring. Flow into this new season with kindness, joy and excitement of what’s to come.
At the start, you will be given the opportunity to use some essential oils to help you focus and refresh as you begin your practice.
Maryann will guide you through a Yin Yoga practice, focusing on the wood element which will open up and create space throughout your body for flow and expansion. Kat will accompany this practice with the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls, enhancing your experience and deepening your connection to your intentions.
The session will close with a sound healing experience, helping to clear any energy blockages and reset your mind and body. Allow the gentle vibrations of the crystal singing bowls to wash over you, promoting a sense of renewal and expansion as you step into the energy of Spring.
