This retreat invites you to slow down and reconnect with yourself through Yoga, nature, and the nurturing embrace of aromatherapy.

Begin your mornings with gentle Yoga to awaken your body and spirit. Spend your days immersed in beautiful countryside walks, forest bathing, and mindful talks with other women, fostering connection and renewal.
